Does my order come with tracking?
We offer both untracked shipping and tracked shipping. Orders purchased with Standard Letter Mail, International Parcel Air, International Parcel Surface, Small Packet International Air do not come with tracking. We highly recommend customers to purchase tracked shipping as it comes with tracking details and insurance for your package.
Milkteanco is not responsible for lost mails or delayed shipping, unless purchased with tracking. Tracked shipping must be purchased with your order in order to be eligible for replacement if lost in transit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or an SMS notifications with details of your order and tracking information if you purchased tracked shipping. Please kindly check your spam or promotoins folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Orders purchased with Standard Letter Mail, International Parcel Air, International Parcel Surface, Small Packet International Air do NOT come with tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary by weight. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. To see if we offer shipping to your country, please add any item(s) to your cart, and use our shipping calculator in your cart to look for your country.

Do I need to pay for customs fees/taxes?
Shipments with international destinations may be subject to duties and taxes. As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. Milkteanco does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price. Should a package be returned back to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, no refunds or replacements will be given.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final. Most items are handmade to order for you, hence we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order, we are always happy to help.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
We are open to wholesale orders. Please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We typically respond within 12 hours with our price list.
I forgot to add something to my cart!
Please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com prior to your order being fulfilled to add additional items to your order. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply. If your first order has already been fulfilled, then you will have to make a second order.
I have not yet received my order, what do I do?
Due to COVID-19, all online orders may be significantly delayed. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks of delay before reaching out. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you. Milkteanco is not responsible for lost mails or delayed shipping, unless purchased with tracking. Tracked shipping must be purchased with your order in order to be eligible for replacement if lost in transit.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't get it?
When the tracking tool indicates that a package was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door; please check a second location such as a mail room, community mailbox, front desk, or safe drop location.
We do not issue replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as 'delivered' by postal services or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact us immediately.
To qualify for an insurance claim for loss packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of your package within 15 days from the date that the package was marked as “delivered” by your postal service.
My order was returned to you, what happens now?
If your order was returned to Milkteanco, it is most often due to an undeliverable address. If you purchased your order with tracking, you can check your tracking history for details that might explain what exactly went wrong in this case. Once we have received the returned mail, we will reach out to ask for your preference of a refund or for the order to be re-sent. If you notice your order is being returned, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Please note that in the case the order is returned, the original shipping fee is not refundable and there will also be a calculated surcharge applied for return shipping fees with the courier. You have two options: If you opt for a refund, the surcharge will be deducted from the total of your order refund. If you opt for a re-send, new shipping fees will apply along with the aforementioned surcharge.
I need to change my delivery address after I placed my order?
We can only make changes to your delivery address prior to your order being dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of this change with your order number, email address associated to your acount, as well as your new, updated address.
If your order has already been dispatched, there is no guarantee that the address change can be made. Seller is not responsible for loss mail if the delivery address given was incorrect.
